The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for an onsite consulting engagement. This is a consultant role focused on supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders on-site to translate HR requirements into effective system configurations and ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as:
    1. Core HR (Global HR)
    2. Payroll
    3. Talent Management (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Compensation)
    4. Workforce Management
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions or workarounds.
  • Prepare and execute unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.
  • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, security roles, and data privacy standards.
  • Train end users and HR teams on Oracle HCM functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
