Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Product Manager to lead the strategy, enhancement, and operational support of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. This role will serve as the primary product owner for Human Capital Management capabilities supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, compensation, learning, and retirement.
The ideal candidate will combine Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, Product Management, Business Analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery to drive continuous platform improvements. Candidates must have hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience; experience with PeopleSoft alone will not be considered.
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite - 5 Days/Week)

Oracle HCM Product Management
  • Own and manage the Oracle HCM product roadmap and long-term strategy.
  • Prioritize enhancements based on business value and organizational goals.
  • Manage the product backlog and balance strategic initiatives with operational support.
