    Job description

    The IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) supports the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and reports to the IT Project Manager. This position is remote.
    This role is for a proposal and is pending funding/award.
    Role Summary
    The IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) provides entry-level support for the Oracle Cloud HCM migration, assisting with testing, documentation, and coordination activities across the technical workstream.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Support test preparation and execution for Oracle HCM modules
    • Assist with data validation, entry, and tracking of migration activities
    • Maintain documentation, logs, and system artifacts
    • Track issues and support follow-up for resolution
    • Provide administrative and coordination support to the IT workstream
    • Assist with reporting on testing progress and system readiness
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 0–1 years of experience in IT, data, or systems support (internships acceptable)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Exposure to enterprise systems or cloud platforms
    • Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools
