Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Manager 
Location: :  Newark, NJ 07102(Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
 
Job Description – 
  • Lead multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from planning to go-live.
  • Provide strong functional expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and as-is/to-be process design.
  • Prepare solution blueprints, design processes, and deliver product walkthroughs and training.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules and coordinate design with functional leads.
  • Facilitate workshops, lead business discussions, and drive key decisions.
  • Manage project tasks, timelines, deliverables, financials, and risks/issues.
  • Support data conversion activities and guide testing cycles, including test case creation and execution.
  • Demonstrate solutions via POCs/CRPs and secure business sign-off.
  • Oversee deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure best-practice process adoption and provide advisory guidance to client teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Preferred: Years Oracle HCM Cloud experience, years consulting, full lifecycle implementations, and Oracle Cloud certification.
