The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Cloud Manager to lead our team of cloud specialists and engineers.
As the Cloud Manager, you will collaborate with our government customer in identifying sustainment considerations for integration, maintenance, transition to, cloud-to-cloud migration, multi-cloud environments, hybrid cloud, and logistic support requirements of unclassified and classified Government/commercial cloud environments.
You will work within a diverse cross-functional team to define product support considerations for establishment and sustainment of unclassified and classified Government/commercial (hybrid) cloud capabilities.
In addition, you will oversee the design and implementation of DCGS cloud strategy and cloud architecture.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of coordination for cloud technology across infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to drive dependencies to closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud solutions with mission goals
  • Establish technical roadmaps that support application modernization, legacy system transformation, and cloud migration objectives.
  • Communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical personnel; and prepare and present briefings to senior leadership on complex issues
  • Integrate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation tooling, and advanced analytics to accelerate modernization outcomes.
  • Work with cybersecurity teams to help define and implement security controls to achieve Interim Authority to Test (IATT) and Authority to Operate (ATO)
  • Oversee use of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization tools to assist the customer in managing cloud expenditures.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and Agile delivery

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field
  • 15+ years of combined experience in information technology roles
  • 4+ years of experience supporting intelligence community cloud architectures
  • Current Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification or higher
  • Willing to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite
  • Current and Active TS/SCI security clearance

Desired:
  • Experience using SAFe
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • 28+ years of IT Services and System Application support experience
  • Meets the requirements of DoDM 8140.03 for work role (651) Enterprise Architect

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
