Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to lead the strategy, optimization, and execution of a sophisticated marketing automation platform. This high-impact role combines technical platform ownership with digital product management responsibilities, requiring a leader who can drive customer engagement through personalized, data-driven communication strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, a strong background in marketing technology, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable automation solutions. Candidates with demonstrated success leading platform roadmaps, managing technical teams, and delivering measurable marketing results will be prioritized for interviews.
Must Haves
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio
  • Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and API integrations
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing automation strategies across multiple digital channels
  • Experience serving as a platform owner, product owner, or technical lead for marketing technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Experience managing project backlogs, prioritization, and workflow planning using Jira or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

  • Manage platform integrations, data architecture, APIs, and scripting solutions to support scalable marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with applicable digital communication regulations and industry best practices
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to transform customer insights into actionable marketing automation strategies
  • Lead and mentor Marketing Cloud Developers, promoting technical excellence and professional growth
  • Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact
  • Conduct testing, experimentation, and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing and personalization programs
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements that increase efficiency, engagement, and conversion performance
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, platform enhancements, and artificial intelligence capabilities to improve team productivity and customer outcomes
