Job description

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. i360 is seeking a Oracle Application Developer to sustain the software that supports the client's Oracle Federal Financials environment, operated as a shared service serving multiple agencies and roughly 19,000 user accounts. This role modifies, maintains, and troubleshoots existing software and automations, keeps the supporting applications healthy, and provides senior technical support to users. This is a designated key personnel position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, modify, and troubleshoot existing software, interfaces, and automations that support the Oracle Federal Financials environment.
  • Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance issues, and enhance software to improve reliability and performance.
  • Provide senior technical support to users and to the help desk on escalated software issues.
  • Support release activities, including configuration changes, upgrades, and patches, and validate that software changes work as intended.
  • Develop and test scripts and code changes in line with the client's policies and configuration management standards.
  • Document software changes, maintain operating procedures, and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with the architect, functional, help desk, and program leads to align software maintenance with the release schedule and operational needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining, modifying, and troubleshooting enterprise software and providing technical user support.
  • Hands-on development and scripting skills (for example, SQL/PL/SQL and related technologies).
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain client site access.
Security & Eligibility Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance
  • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no visa sponsorship available)
Nice to Have
  • Software maintenance experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Federal Financials, including interfaces and automations.
  • Familiarity with federal financial management environments and shared service operations.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrades, quarterly security patches, configuration management, and ServiceNow-managed change control.
