Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Oracle Federal Financials System to support our proposal effort for the USCG FSC BOD in Chesapeake, VA.Position Overview:The Oracle Federal Financials SME serves as a trusted advisor to FSC leadership, functional teams, and system stakeholders, providing expert guidance on federal financial management processes, Oracle Federal Financials functionality, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization. The SME supports system sustainment, issue resolution, business process analysis, audit readiness initiatives, testing, reporting, training, and modernization efforts while ensuring alignment with federal financial management regulations and Coast Guard mission requirements. This position requires deep expertise in Oracle Federal Financials and a comprehensive understanding of federal accounting operations, budget execution, funds control, and financial reporting processes.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the senior Oracle Federal Financials SME supporting FSMS operations.Provide expert guidance on Oracle Federal Financials functionality, configuration, and business process alignment.Analyze complex system and financial operations issues and recommend solutions.Support FSC leadership in evaluating impacts of policy, process, and system changes.Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience supporting federal financial management systems.Minimum 5 years of Oracle Federal Financials experience.Demonstrated expertise in federal accounting operations and financial management processes.Experience supporting ERP sustainment, business process analysis, and compliance activities.Experience supporting federal audit and financial reporting requirements.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Information Systems.Clearance: Tier 1 Background Investigation or higher & CAC are required to Start.Company DescriptionDexian Government Solutions is an award-winning, ISO 9001:2015 certified, business and GSA contract holder providing diversified Information Technology services to both Civilian and Defense agencies.
