About the Role
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Senior OFSAA Developer with strong expertise in Oracle OFSAA and Oracle Profitability & Balance Sheet Management Cloud Service (PBSMCS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Oracle financial applications, managing integrations, production support activities, and driving deployment and release management initiatives. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is preferred.
In this role you will
  • Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle PBSMCS applications, including PFTCS and FTPCS.
  • Develop and maintain REST API-based integrations between enterprise applications.
  • Manage application deployments, migrations, and release management activities.
  • Provide production support and resolve application, batch, and integration issues.
  • Build and maintain automated batch processing solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Oracle support teams, and cross-functional technology teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support SDLC governance practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Model
Onsite- Buffalo, NY (5 Days Onsite Required)
What you need to have to be considered
  • 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle OFSAA.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle PBSMCS (PFTCS, FTPCS).
  • Experience in Production Support and Release Management.
  • Strong experience with Application Integrations and Batch Automation.
  • Experience developing and supporting REST APIs and OAuth-based integrations.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration frameworks.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Shell Scripting.
  • Experience with Git/GitLab, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • OFSAA Certification is mandatory.
These will help you stand out
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Experience with Python programming.
  • Knowledge of enterprise financial services applications and banking domain processes.
  • Experience working in large-scale production environments.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and automation frameworks.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
