  • Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to support go-live readiness
  • Develop metrics to assess training effectiveness and transition success
  • Provide Oracle functional expertise to support training content, communications, and user experience improvements
  • Coordinate and execute end-user training sessions across the organization
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related testing activities alongside functional and technical teams
  • Contribute to business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials R12 (R12.2 preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing eLearning content (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
  • Experience supporting federal implementations or government clients
  • Background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives
Security & Eligibility Requirements
