Position Description
As a Service Coordinator, Operations Support, you'll play a vital role in helping our Service team deliver an exceptional experience to both customers and employees. This position provides operational support across multiple service functions, helping ensure work flows smoothly and customers receive timely, professional service.
What You'll Do
Customer Support
  • Respond promptly to requests from internal and external customers.
  • Provide coverage for the Customer Care Coordinator during lunches, breaks, and time off.
  • Create work orders in accordance with Auburn Mechanical and customer requirements.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns related to work in progress.
Inside Sales Support
  • Assist with generating proposals and quotes to ensure timely customer responses.
  • Convert approved quotes into work orders.
  • Order materials and follow up on deliveries as needed.
Materials Management Support
  • Receive and process incoming parts and materials.
  • Notify team members when materials arrive.
  • Support purchase order requests for field personnel.
Team Support
  • Help create a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Support operational processes that deliver value to our customers and coworkers.
  • Participate in the team's on-call rotation schedule.
