Production Support Coordinator

Perform a variety of storekeeping, distribution and warehouse functions in a multi-facility environment.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Duties include cycle counting, scanning, document control, housekeeping, moving or expediting parts and materials.

  • Participate in basic functions to support maintain inventory control.

  • Independently perform counting and scanning functions to support and maintain inventory control accuracy.

  • Meet the expectation for output and efficiency.

  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation with an action-oriented bias.

  • Ability to identify and escalate problems or exceptions to the appropriate people.

  • Ability to clearly communicate information, written or verbally, will ensure expected results.

  • Understand and meet daily, monthly and yearly department expectations.

  • Use internal computer applications and iPad’s with oversight from experienced staff for basic data entry and scanning.

  • Train others in basic cycle counting and scanning functions and be accountable for accuracy of work.

  • Operate company forklifts and other automated or manually operated equipment as necessary to support job functions.

  • Move parts and materials from work center to work center, Exotic building to Exotic building and Exotic building to work center.

  • Ability to Lead WIP (Work in Progress) Audits with manufacturing cells.

  • Work under limited oversight.

  • Possess proactive positive attitude and represent the company/department effectively in all situations.

  • Adapt to changing environment.

  • Follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Legible handwriting, organizational ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in the handling of parts and maintaining records.

  • Strong communication skills and a track record of exercising good judgment in making decisions and handling exceptions.

  • Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures.

  • Relevant computer experience includes basic PC skills.

  • Strong math skills are essential.

  • Basic understanding of router operations and sketches.

  • Know when to stop and ask for clarification.

Working Conditions

  • Must use appropriate personal protective equipment for the working conditions.

This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $20/hr to $31.6/hr

  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
