Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operational activities within a production or industrial environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations while supporting business objectives through effective leadership, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives
