Clean Harbors is looking for a Field Operations Supervisor based out of our Edmonton, AB location to join their safety conscious team! 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety, leadership and dispatching of our growing and dynamic team and the maintenance and coordination of our growing fleet.

  • Conducts toolbox talks as per company policy.
  • Maintains constant communication and supervisors; keeping them informed of job progress and estimated timeframes when manpower and equipment will be released.
  • Maintains and fosters excellent customer relations.
  • Contributes to the training and mentorship program for all new hires and supports the development of senior operators by providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Ensures that all inspections, job permits and maintenance requests are completed.
  • Ensures all completed paperwork meets regulatory requirements and safety deadlines.
  • Works with Project Manager to schedule employees, works tasks and travel arrangements to a work location. 
  • Assist branch manager with the hiring and onboarding of temp/seasonal labor pool employees; submission of workflows and Driver applications, maintaining personnel files and system databases;
  • Schedules and assigns training as required;
