Job description

POSITION: Operations Intern

DEPARTMENT: Operations

REPORTS TO: Various

FLSA STATUS: Hourly

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team. The Operations Intern will work closely with our operations team to support daily operations, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining practical experience in operations management and learning about the inner workings of a dynamic company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Inventory management and tracking
    • Order processing and fulfillment
    • Logistics coordination
    • Data entry and analysis
  • Support the operations team in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the operations manager or supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations activities.
  • Assist with other operational tasks and projects as needed.
