Responsibilities
  • Gesamtverantwortung für alle operativen Prozesse entlang der Wertschöpfungskette (Inbound, Outbound, ICQA sowie Planung)
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller SLAs, KPIs sowie Compliance- und Leistungskennzahlen
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des (Senior) Operations Führungsteams
  • Strategische Personal-, Schicht-, Kapazitäts- und Peak-Planung
  • Steuerung und Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen sowie Lean- und Optimierungsprogrammen
  • Zentrale Eskalationsschnittstelle für operative Themen gegenüber dem Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Site Manager sowie Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung in dessen Abwesenheit
Qualifications
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer leitenden Position, idealerweise in der E-Commerce-Logistik oder Kontraktlogistik
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in leistungsorientierten und dynamischen Umfeldern (idealerweise mit LEAN-Erfahrung)
  • Stark ausgeprägtes strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit hoher operativer Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management sowie hohe Entscheidungsstärke, auch unter Druck
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
