Join Our Team as an Operations Manager at the Tru By Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airport!

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee Guest Services and Breakfast Operation. You will ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction across these departments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of Guest Services, Breakfast and Shuttle, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
  • Participate in the hotel’s reputation management initiatives, ensuring positive reviews and feedback.
  • Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental performance.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, health, and brand policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and facilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team members and guests, along with the General Manager.
  • Work regularly scheduled desk shifts.
  • Serve as the Manager on Duty, particularly evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in property management systems.
