Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, starting at $150,000+, plus performance incentives.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Operations to oversee a growing portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities across multiple states. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality outcomes, and census growth while supporting facility leadership teams.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned SNF operator with a proven track record of improving facility performance and successfully navigating the complexities of long-term care operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide operational oversight and strategic leadership for a portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities.

* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

* Support, mentor, and develop Facility Administrators and department leaders.

* Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, reimbursement performance, and key operational metrics.

* Drive census development and occupancy growth initiatives.

* Review and manage financial performance, budgets, labor management, and operational KPIs.

* Implement performance improvement plans and operational best practices.

* Collaborate with clinical and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.

* Assist with facility transitions, acquisitions, and operational integrations as needed.

* Maintain a strong facility presence through regular site visits.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in Skilled Nursing Facility operations.

* Current or former Nursing Home Administrator license preferred.

* Multi-facility oversight experience strongly preferred.

* Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey processes, reimbursement systems, and SNF operations.

* Demonstrated success in improving operational, clinical, and financial outcomes.

* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Florida-based candidates preferred.

Travel Requirements

* Significant travel required, including both in-state and out-of-state facilities.

* Ability to travel as needed to support operations, surveys, acquisitions, and special projects.
