We are a well-established marine hardware company with over 30 years of experience specializing in high-quality mechanical marine hardware and gas springs. We are currently seeking a motivated, entry-level candidate who is interested in building a long-term career in a shore-based marine operations role.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a basic mechanical aptitude or interest in marine equipment who is eager to learn and grow within the company. We provide hands-on training to help you develop the technical knowledge needed to succeed.

Start at $50,000/year with strong growth potential, your compensation increases as you perform and advance within the company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the business
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support order processing and walk-in sales
  • Learn product details and provide basic technical support (training provided)

  • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in marine equipment (no advanced experience required)
