Operations Support Specialist / CDL Driver - Pembroke Pines, FL
Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM - CDL Required
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Specialist / CDL Driver to join our Pembroke Pines team. This hybrid role combines administrative support with hands-on driving responsibilities, making it perfect for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be driving a pup truck, box truck, and occasionally a rear-load truck, while also assisting with day-to-day operational tasks and administrative duties.
What You'll Do:
Operations & Administrative Support:
  • Create, distribute, and close out customer tickets daily
  • Maintain and distribute department information and updates
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding operations and dispatch issues
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of reports as directed
  • Use software tools for tasks like time and attendance tracking, safety incident reporting, and contract labor management
  • Assist in operational projects and process improvements
  • Communicate with customers regarding service issues as needed
  • Coordinate with team members about scheduling and work assignments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Driving Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a CDL vehicle, primarily pup and box trucks
  • Occasionally operate a rear-load truck as needed
  • Adhere to all company and DOT safety regulations
Other Responsibilities:
  • Attend and participate in company-sponsored training programs
  • Stay current with technology and systems used by Waste Pro USA
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications:
