JOB SUMMARY
Rotates throughout Tropical's Sales, Operations and Financial Departments to gain an understanding of  the organization's financial, operations, services and policies as preparation towards assuming related management responsibilities. Studies sales, marketing, operations, and equipment management techniques by compiling and analyzing data, reviewing policy/procedure manuals, and attending internal and external training programs.  Completes special projects and assignments by working in the field with experienced Tropical managers and professionals.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Finance or in a related field
EXPERIENCE: None
LICENSE: Valid Local Driver's license.  Valid Passport.
TRAVEL: Various Tropical U.S. and port locations.
