The Operations Management Trainee is responsible for supporting the Operations Department through purchasing assistance, inventory support, installation preparation, documentation management, scheduling support, and cross-functional project coordination. This position is designed to develop future operational leaders by providing hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, installation management, inventory control, purchasing, customer support, and project execution.The Operations Management Trainee serves as a key support resource to Operations, Warehouse Management, Installation Management, and Department Leadership while learning all aspects of Holiday Outdoor Décor's operational processes.
