Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay Rate: $24–$26 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join a high-performing team supporting process and production operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a technical manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily manufacturing and production operations in a process-driven environment
  • Perform precision electroplating processes in accordance with established procedures
  • Conduct metrology and measurement tasks to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Perform critical cosmetic inspections and handle delicate, small components with care
  • Calculate processing rates and times using basic math skills
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation
  • Utilize microscopes, tweezers, and specialized tools for handling small parts
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, especially when working with chemicals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with precision electroplating preferred
