Operations & Support Coordinator- Petaluma- CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required, occasional weekends)
Pay: $22–$28/hour
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations & Support Coordinator to join a growing team. This role focuses on fleet and vehicle management, along with day-to-day operational and administrative support. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and is looking for long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Fleet & Vehicle Management

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with vendors and dealerships
  • Track registrations, licensing, and compliance for company vehicles
  • Monitor fleet activity and generate reports as needed

Operations & Customer Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
  • Schedule services and follow up on appointments
  • Prepare basic estimates and process related paperwork
  • Support service coordination and vendor communication
  • Maintain accurate records using Excel, CRM systems (ACT), and internal databases
  • Track inventory, equipment, and supplies
  • Coordinate repairs, purchasing, and vendor relationships
