Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator is responsible and accountable to assist the SI Operations Group in all efforts. In addition, this role may support the other departments as necessary.
Position Details
  • Manage Docusign and shared operations calendar for Operations Manager(s) daily
  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Schedule interviews and book travel
  • Assists in setting up projects and mobilization/demobilization
  • Organize and book social events for the operations group
  • Log training for new hires, and provide backup support for employee onboarding

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
  • 1-3 years related experience and/or training in the construction field preferred.

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Maryland and Washington, D.C. this ranges from $23.00 - $29.00 per hour plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.

Roles that include driving as an essential job duty will be required to have a successful Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR). We are not able to offer sponsorship of employment at this time.
