Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Operations Assistant at National Golf Club. This role is vital in supporting
the seamless execution of club activities and maintaining the high standards of our operations. The ideal
candidate will ensure our club runs smoothly and efficiently with responsibilities ranging from member
services and event coordination to accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Services:
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
efficiently.
- Manage membership records and assist with onboarding new members.
- Support the front desk and other service areas during peak times.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing club events, tournaments, and special functions.
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor arrangements, and member
communications.
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Administrative Support:
- Assist the General Manager with daily tasks and communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Respond to emails and manage correspondence to maintain efficient office operations.
Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the clubhouse and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities are in top condition.
