What You'll Do
  • Support daily office operations including filing systems, data entry, and document management
  • Coordinate internal projects by tracking deadlines and preparing reports
  • Assist with event planning for meetings, workshops, and company initiatives
  • Manage incoming calls and direct communication across multi-line phone systems
  • Process work orders and maintain facility-related records
