Role Summary
The Advertising Operations Intern will serve as the technical backbone of our campaign management team. Working closely with the Sr. Campaign Management, you will work directly within our ad tech stack to ensure that multi-million impression campaigns are built, tracked, and optimized for success. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the digital advertising industry and learn from a team of experts.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Campaign Setup & QA: Assist Senior Campaign Managers in setting up and "second-setting" campaigns in Google Ad Manager, Publica and SSPs to ensure accuracy before launch.
  • Pacing & Optimization: Monitor daily pacing dashboards; proactively flag under-delivery issues and suggest optimizations to meet contract goals and impression targets.
  • Technical Trafficking: Manage the trafficking of ad tags and troubleshoot technical issues related to creative rendering or tracking pixels.
  • Creative Services & QA: Preview ad creatives to ensure they meet specifications, conduct quality assurance checks, and provide screenshots for client "proof of posting" reports.
  • 3rd Party Verification: Monitor 3rd party reporting (e.g.,DCM, IAS, DoubleVerify) after campaign set up to ensure all tags are tracking properly and discrepancies are minimized.
  • Reporting Support: Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs, providing regular updates on partner performance.

Requirements
Education
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program in advertising, marketing, business, or a quantitative field.

Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data summation). Comfort working with ad tags and pixels.

Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Publica, or Programmatic platforms. Interest in CTV/Streaming technology.
