Executive Sales Coordinator
Location: Ontario, CA
Work Arrangement: Onsite only, MondayFriday
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Sales Coordinator to support our executive leadership and drive the smooth execution of sales, operations, and international event activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys variety, and wants to grow in sales operations, business development, or executive support. You will work directly with senior leadership, support key accounts, coordinate trade shows, and help manage the operational backbone of our sales organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Executive & Sales Operations Support
  • Manage executive calendars, sales meetings, and crossdepartment schedules
  • Prepare polished presentations, proposals, reports, and briefing materials
  • Track sales activities, followups, and customer communication in OMS
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client background research
  • Support business development, vendor meetings, and customer visits
Trade Shows, Events & Travel
  • Attend domestic and international trade shows and customer events
  • Assist with booth setup, product displays, and onsite logistics
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and event materials
  • Engage with customers, gather feedback, and support lead tracking
  • Prepare postevent reports and followup documentation
Customer & Account Support
  • Support key accounts with timely communication and followups
  • Prepare client summaries, product matching sheets, and sales data
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, contact lists, and documentation
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual or onsite) and provide realtime support
Order Management & Coordination
  • Support PO/SO entry and ensure data accuracy in OMS

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelors degree preferred
