Pathway's direct equity platform provides equity co-investments in support of acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings, and growth equity transactions sponsored by leading private equity firms.The Associate will be closely involved in all aspects of Pathway's direct equity platform. Primary responsibilities include assisting in initial pre-screening of new direct equity investment opportunities, supporting the investment process by leading various analyses and due diligence processes including detailed financial modeling, coordinating with general partners, third-party consultants, and select clients, preparing comprehensive investment memos and presenting recommendations to the investment committee, assisting in post-close monitoring including portfolio performance tracking and reporting, and overseeing investment analysts to ensure quality and timeliness.Qualifications: 1-3 years of private equity, investment banking, valuation, or consulting experience.
