Process Engineer

Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM (Monday - Friday)

Salary: $72K - $95K

Job Summary:

The Process Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products, efficient production, minimal defects, and accurate machining results. This role supports process development, troubleshooting, quality improvements, and continuous operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Materials, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
  • 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with metals manufacturing, machining, casting processes, or production operations is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar modeling software preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with employees across multiple departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain manufacturing process parameters and documentation
  • Design and improve production tooling, patterns, and process instructions
  • Support quality systems, procedures, and work instructions
  • Analyze defects and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and update product models and production routings
  • Assist with process simulations and manufacturing improvements
