Speedpro Imaging specializes in wholesale, large format, digital printing. We service Berks, Chester, Montgomery and Lehigh Valley areas. Our goal is to produce top quality digital prints at competitive prices while offering outstanding customer service.
Job Description
Speedpro Imaging of Reading is looking for a full time Operations Manager to start immediately. Our studio is small, but very busy. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing customers, production flow and miscellaneous studio needs. You will be handling customer calls and emails. We need someone who can be an effective project manager and is able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Job Duties include (but not limited to):
- Processing all incoming orders
- File set up/ light design work
- Point of contact for all current and potential customers
- Oversee production and delivery schedules
- Invoicing, payment processing and account management
- In charge of inventory and supply ordering
- Help production in any way needed to keep orders going out on time
- Understand the different types media, laminates and substrates
- Create and send price quotes
Requirements:
- Graphic design background preferred. Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Must be a well-organized individual with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand when needed in production.
- Must be comfortable in dealing with customers over phone and email.
Any knowledge of the large format printing industry is a plus, but not necessary. We will train the right candidate.
