Job description

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Product Operations Assistant provides hands-on support across product management, project coordination, and marketing activities. This role executes critical operational tasks that ensure efficient product lifecycle processes, sample fulfillment, and project execution. The position partners with cross-functional teams and reports to the Product Operations Manager. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's IATF16949/ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.

Essential Functions:

Product & Data Support
  • Process product-related documents and requests; track progress and maintain accurate data across internal systems
  • Support product lifecycle activities, reporting, and system updates
  • Pull and compile reports to support decision-making
Sample & Logistics Coordination
  • Manage sample fulfillment including preparation, packaging, and shipping
  • Maintain sample inventory and assist with sample kits and launch materials
  • Coordinate shipments and internal transfers
Project & Operations Support
  • Track incoming materials and distribute to teams
  • Assist with project documentation and data tracking
  • Follow up on open tasks and deliverables
Marketing Support
  • Assist with trade show and event preparation
Administrative Support
  • Maintain supplies and support day-to-day operations
  • Provide general administrative support

Success in this Role Requires:

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
