Job Description

This internship is designed for a college student who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep a professional services firm running smoothly. This role is administratively heavy and will support recruiting, operations, sales, and marketing efforts. You will work closely with recruiters and firm leadership and will be trusted with time-sensitive, confidential work. 

Duration:  October 2026 to January 2027

Pay: $16 per hour

Location: Must live in Wisconsin

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Administrative Support

  • Schedule phone and on-site interviews using Outlook and shared calendars
  • Conduct initial phone screens using a structured template and accurately document notes
  • Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and scheduling logistics
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and internal recruiting databases
  • Post job openings and manage job-related documentation

Operations & Technical Support

  • Manage shared folders, documents, and internal files
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, projects, and internal process documentation
  • Support recruiters across multiple client projects with administrative tasks
  • Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple systems and tools

Marketing & Research Support

  • Assist with basic marketing tasks such as updating content, organizing materials, and light research
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives through research, list building, or data cleanup
  • Help maintain consistency across documents, templates, and materials
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in college (Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field preferred)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable on the phone and interacting professionally with candidates and internal teams
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interested in learning more about recruiting
  • Experience or coursework in marketing, marketing tools, and content strongly preferred
