Sales Specialist: Transform customer interaction into a delightful experience! Whether in-store or over the phone, your warmth and storytelling ability will help you craft enchanting narratives that captivate and sell our exquisite flowers, potted plants, and charming gift items. Master the art of using point-of-sale technology on the computer to ensure every transaction is seamless.

Order Maestro: Be the orchestrator of our floral symphony by printing, organizing, and updating daily orders. Your attention to detail ensures nothing is missed, especially when planning for special events like weddings, funerals, and graduations. Your beautiful penmanship is the finishing touch that ties it all together!

Operations Whiz: Dive into the heart of our day-to-day operations! From processing flowers and crafting beautiful bouquets to maintaining a pristine store environment, your contributions keep our operations running like clockwork.

Creative Collaborator: Thrive in an upbeat, creative environment. Your positive, can-do attitude enhances our small, friendly team and fosters a lively workplace.

Additional Duties

Floral Curator: Select the perfect blooms from our cooler and collaborate with designers for stunning arrangements. Occasionally, you’ll get hands-on with event arrangements, ensuring every detail is picture-perfect.

Green Thumb Enthusiast: Care for our plants by watering and repotting, ensuring they thrive and add vibrancy to our store.

Merchandising Artist: Design and refresh our sales floor, creatively aligning stock with seasonal themes and holidays.

Logistics Helper: Load coolers and delivery vans with our floral wonders and sometimes venture out for deliveries or supplier pickups, bringing floral joy to the community.

Schedule & Flexibility

This part-time role offers a guaranteed 25 hours per week, with availability required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and occasional Saturdays. During our bustling wedding season and major holidays, additional hours may be available.

Additional Information

Retail floristry is a physically engaging role. Wear supportive, closed-toe shoes and be prepared to lift 25-40 pounds. We provide essential tools, but feel free to bring your own labeled favorites!
