Position Responsibilities
  • Lead collaboration with other teams to address challenges, improve processes and share insights to improve Customer Service Operations.
  • Maintain our Customer Service policy and procedure database, reviewing content to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Develop and update customer response templates across multiple platforms that help teams deliver fast and consistent support.
  • Manage holiday calendars and systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle Customer Service communications, including writing weekly department announcements and responding to inquiries in the team email inbox.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
