What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to the dealership management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee dealership expense tracking, including travel and supplies.
  • Support event planning, meetings, and team functions by organizing materials, booking venues, and managing logistics.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support dealership operations.
  • Assist new team members with the dealership onboarding processes, including completing their I9 Section 2, system access and training, and training course enrollment.

Schedule: typical hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; there could be the need to work an evening or Saturday as special events/business needs arise
Pay starting at $17.00/hour based on experience.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
