Job description

Position Summary

The Operations Administrator serves as the right-hand support to the VP of Operations, owning day-to-day execution across operational workflows, vendor management, fulfillment, and internal systems. This role ensures processes run efficiently, issues are proactively identified, and key operational functions are maintained with accuracy and consistency.

This position is in-office in Hammond, LA.

Core Responsibilities - (Operational Ownership)

  • Manage fulfillment processes, ensuring timely shipment of products and issue resolution
  • Monitor staff performance, timelines, and troubleshoot bottlenecks
  • Oversee packaging processes and quality standards
  • Maintain inventory accuracy daily and conduct quarterly counts
  • Manage product sourcing and supply ordering
  • Handle subscription cleanup and monitoringย 
  • Oversee subscription management in Sticky platform
  • Track and report key KPIs [credit card decline rates, MID (merchant identification number) performance]
  • Manage vendor and facility operations (cleaning, supplies, maintenance)
  • Organize and maintain contracts and documentation

Core Responsibilities - (Process Support)

  • Assist with MID management, chargebacks, alerts, and RDR tracking
  • Support sourcing and onboarding of new MIDs
  • Maintain compliance documentation (Termly, policies, procedures)
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and employee engagement
