The Role:
  1. Customer Interaction:
  2. Greet and interact with delivery drivers promptly and courteously
  3. Pack, verify and process pickup orders accurately and efficiently
  4. Handle inquiries from drivers and resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
  5. Operational Tasks:
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the order pickup and delivery staging area and walk up windows
  7. Restock supplies and condiments as needed to ensure efficient operations
  8. Assist in food preparation and other kitchen tasks during slow periods
  9. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards
  10. Team Collaboration:
  11. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  12. Communicate effectively with cooks to ensure timely order, call-in, preparation and delivery
  13. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

As a To Go Coordinator, your job is all about delivering "Good Food, Fast" to the delivery drivers.
  1. You can expect to be on your feet, doing everything from processing orders to ensuring our restaurant is clean and safe

Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  4. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  6. Entry level, no experience required
  7. Must have a positive and friendly attitude
  8. Teens welcome but must be 16 years old +
