At Atchafalaya, hospitality means more than just service—it’s about creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and service-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.
The right person is a hands-on leader who does well in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and cares about delivering great hospitality while helping build and support a strong team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of restaurant service and management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant.
Strong wine knowledge and the ability to confidently guide guests and help train staff.
Experience with OpenTable, including reservations and guest relations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage labor, scheduling, and day-to-day restaurant operations.
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating great guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Oversee all front-of-house operations and make sure service stays at a high level.
Lead, coach, and develop the service team while upholding Atchafalaya’s standards.
Help create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and true Southern hospitality.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
