Job Description

Exactech is excited to be adding an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to our team. This full-time, hourly position is a dual role. You will be the "face" of our office, greeting visitors and managing our front-desk operations, while also providing critical administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with very good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will

  • Front-Desk Reception:
    • Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive; maintain a professional and tidy lobby area.
    • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages as needed.
    • Oversee office security by following visitor protocols and managing guest logs.
  • Administrative Operations:
    • Assist with document production, including drafting reports, data entry, memos, and presentations.
    • Support inventory, scheduling, and accounting tasks as well as basic data entry, data reporting
    • Assist with incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience: 3 +years of experience in an administrative, data entry, receptionist or customer service role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new office software and office equipment.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Professional phone etiquette, clear verbal articulation.
    • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of discretion for handling confidential information
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
