The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$77,400.00 - $116,000.00

Purpose Statement: Acts as the strategic partner and operational "drummer" for the Regional President of the Americas, driving the leadership team's operating rhythm to support hyper-growth from $1B to $3B. Moves beyond standard administrative support to serve as a critical project manager, communications proxy, and gatekeeper, ensuring tight alignment across US and Mexico manufacturing sites, as well as our global partners in APAC and EMEA.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Rhythm of the Business (Strategic Governance):Owns and architects the regional operating calendar. Transitions traditional executive-level event coordination into rigorous operational reviews. Ensures agendas are strategically aligned with the $3B growth target, tracks cross-functional action items, and follows up with VPs to ensure deliverables are met before the next meeting.

  • Business Intelligence & P&L Acumen: Reviews and compiles financial, customer, and organizational performance data. Consolidates this information into high-impact dashboards and executive summaries, ensuring the President is fully prepared to advocate for the Americas in global strategy discussions with APAC and EMEA counterparts.

  • Executive Communications & Global Proxy:Acts as a direct representative of the Regional President, providing executive-level professional communication to a bi-national audience (US and Mexico). Drafts, refines, and provides constructive feedback on communications to ensure the "voice" of the President is consistently and effectively cascaded through the organization.

  • Proactive Time Management:Organizes the Executive Team Member's activities and provides routine administrative services to ensure operations flow smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Anticipates the needs of the Executive and thinks ahead to provide support that keeps them focused on meeting company goals.

  • Process Excellence:Creates and maintains standard work in best practices, continuously improving processes not just for executive support, but for how the broader Americas leadership team collaborates and communicates.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Other Qualifications:

  • High Business Acumen & Organizational Savvy:Ability to read the room, understand complex global dynamics, and manage stakeholders who outrank them diplomatically.

  • Integrity & Absolute Discretion:Understands the importance of confidentiality regarding M&A, restructuring, personnel, and global strategy.

  • Global Collaboration: Previous experience with global engagements and collaboration in a larger organization.

  • Bias for Action & Problem Solving: Capable of independent initiative and drive to clear operational roadblocks before they reach the President's desk.

  • Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills in data visualization, presentation software, and project management tools.
