The Corporate Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level Executive administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions; such as preparing correspondence, attending high level/confidential meetings along with taking notes, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 5 years of progressive administrative experience

or

Education: Associate Degree

Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive administrative experience

Travel: 5%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages and maintains Executive/Leadership schedules.
  • Prepares invoices, reports, emails, letters, monthly financial statements, and other confidential documents; Word processing, spreadsheets, or presentation software.
  • Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for internal and external meetings along with taking minutes.
  • Ensures teamwork in all aspects of administration.
  • Maintains and prepares Executive and other Leadership credit card receipts.
  • Demonstrates the ability to plan for, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates and leads the acceptance of company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards.
  • Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence.
  • Develops relationships with leaders, direct reports, and/or others that facilitate open dialogue and trust.
  • Assists other Executives/Leadership as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
