ROLE OVERVIEW
The Revenue Operations Assistant is the operational backbone of Mach7's commercial engine. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and enablement - ensuring that Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel teams have the intelligence, infrastructure, and documentation they need to execute with precision and velocity.
This is not a passive support role. The RevOps Assistant owns the quality of our commercial data, the fidelity of our reporting, and the discipline of our deal processes. You are the person who makes sure every rep has a clean CRM, every leader has accurate pipeline visibility, and every new hire understands how we operate from Day 1.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analytics & Reporting
CRM & Deal Process Hygiene
Training, Documentation & Enablement
  • Build & maintain RevOps dashboards (pipeline, velocity, win/loss, retention)

  • Deliver weekly & monthly commercial performance reports to leadership

  • Analyze MEDDIC-scored deal health and forecast accuracy

  • Support QBR and board-level data visualization

  • Track KPIs: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, time-to-close, stage conversion

  • Audit and enforce Zoho CRM data integrity standards

  • Manage deal stage progression and field-level completeness

  • Build and maintain automation rules, workflows, and alerts

  • Author and maintain the Sales Process Execution Matrix

  • Document standard operating procedures for all commercial workflows

  • Maintain the RevOps Information Hub and onboarding playbooks

  • Build and update training modules for new commercial hires (3-week program)

  • Create and distribute channel partner process documentation

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • Experience: 2-4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment

  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience administering Zoho CRM or a comparable platform (Salesforce, HubSpot); able to build reports, workflows, and automation
