Job description

Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital, a growing 24/7/365 Emergency and GP hospital, is looking for a qualified Operations Assistant. The operations assistant is a supervisor-level role reporting to our Nursing Manager. The operations assistant supports the operation of the hospital in the following areas:

-Accounts Payable
-Accounts Receivable
-Staff Scheduling as Assigned
-Referral Experience Coordination
-Inventory
-Chart Auditing and Review
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3 or more years veterinary experience. 
-2 or more years inventory experience. 
-High attention to detail, with demonstrated success in document or data review. 
AP and AR experience is preferred but not required.
