Surveillance Agent (Agente devigilancia)

Description:

Provide and maintain a proactive surveillance operation thatprotects the Company's assets and licenses. Be familiar with gamingregulations, Company policies and procedures, and have working knowledgeof applicable federal, state, and local laws. Operate all SurveillanceCCTV and related equipment. Accurately and confidentially, observe andreport all violations of law, regulations and procedures. Cooperateswith other departments and other Station Casinos SurveillanceDepartments in protecting the assets of the company. Maintain strictconfidentiality concerning the conduct, operations, controls andprocedures involving surveillance activities. Demonstrate leadershipabilities, including but not limited to, coaching, training andmotivating all surveillance personnel in their daily activities.Knowledge of casino games and understand all relevant aspects of eachgame, such as dealing procedures, counting strategies and methods ofcheating. Conducts surveillance reviews or audits to confirmtransactions or events.

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement is 21. Minimum 3 years of previousSurveillance Agent experience preferred. Must pass written Surveillancetest. Must be able to obtain a gaming registration. Must be able to workquickly and accurately under high-stress situations. Able to perform allfunctions required of a Surveillance Agent. Demonstrate sound judgmentand mature decision-making skills that are in the best interest ofStation Casinos.
