We are seeking a hardworking, motivated Workplace Associate to join our Workplace Operations team. In this role, you will support a wide range of operational tasks, including receiving and assembling office furniture, replenishing supplies, supporting events, performing basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring Workplace areas remain organized and fully functional. This position requires flexibility, a hands-on skillset, and a strong focus on completing tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Monday through Friday, 3pm to 12:30am

Workplace Operations Associate Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks; move merchandise and materials to designated areas within the facility.
  • Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within expected timelines.
  • Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, including sweeping and removing debris.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand tools, and small electric tools.
  • Follow all safety standards and workplace policies to ensure a safe environment.
  • Support Workplace events with various assigned roles.
  • Assist with basic maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
