About the Role

This is a high-visibility, high-trust role at a fast-growing AI startup. You will operate at the center of leadership, communications, marketing coordination, and cross-functional execution. If you are highly organized, an exceptional writer, and thrive in fast-moving environments, this role is designed for you.


The Operations Associate partners directly with leadership to ensure alignment, execution, and operational clarity across the company.


This role combines:

• Executive operations support

• Strategic project coordination

• Marketing and communications support

• Recruiting coordination

• Internal systems and process improvement


This is not a traditional administrative role. While calendar and meeting management are part of the scope, the impact extends into external communications, cross-functional execution, marketing initiatives and content creation.

Key Responsibilities


Executive Operations

  • Manage executive calendars and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings with investors, clients, partners, and candidates. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up summaries
  • Track executive priorities and ensure action items are completed
  • Support presentation preparation
  • Assist with travel coordination and logistics
  • Recruiting & Talent Support


Communications & Writing

  • Draft internal updates and executive communications
  • Support LinkedIn posts, YouTube and podcast content, blog drafts, and thought leadership materials
  • Edit and refine presentations customer presentations
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and professional tone


Marketing & Brand Support

  • Coordinate content calendars and product announcements
  • Support event and conference logistics
  • Conduct market and competitive research
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear external messaging
