About Force Building Services

Force Building Services is a rapidly growing, multi-state commercial facilities services company specializing in maintenance, construction, plumbing, and specialized field services. As we continue to expand nationally, we are seeking a highly capable Executive Operations & Strategic Assistant to support our President of our company.ย 


This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position.


We are looking for an emerging leader who thrives on solving problems, creating organization from complexity, anticipating needs before they arise, and executing with excellence. This role is designed to evolve into a trusted strategic partner who helps free executive leadership to focus on growth, operational excellence, and scaling the business.


The position will begin as a part-time hourly role with the expectation of growing into a full-time position for the right individual based on performance, business needs, and demonstrated leadership.


Position Summary

The Executive Operations & Strategic Assistant serves as an extension of the President, helping maximize executive effectiveness by eliminating administrative and operational bottlenecks.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, intuitive, resourceful, and proactive. They don't simply complete assigned tasks-they anticipate them, develop solutions, and execute with minimal direction.


As trust and responsibility grow, this individual will gradually assume larger operational projects, leadership responsibilities, and strategic initiatives.


Primary Objectives

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Protect executive time by eliminating administrative distractions.
  • Increase the speed of executive communication and decision-making.
  • Improve organization across executive priorities, projects, and documentation.
  • Create systems that improve efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Research problems, recommend solutions, and implement approved improvements.
  • Help create additional executive capacity so leadership can focus on company growth, revenue generation, operational excellence, and long-term strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel, and meeting coordination.
  • Organize email, correspondence, and executive follow-up.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and track action items.
  • Draft professional communications and presentations.
  • Coordinate projects from inception through completion.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Retrieve, sort, scan, file, and distribute mail.
  • Track approvals and ensure commitments are completed.
Executive Operations
  • Anticipate executive needs before they arise.
  • Research solutions and independently implement approved improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend better processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with department leaders.
  • Maintain project trackers and accountability systems.
  • Assist with operational planning and special projects.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures as assigned.
Executive Organization
  • Create and maintain highly organized systems for executive priorities.
  • Assist with appropriate personal administrative responsibilities that improve executive productivity.
  • Coordinate appointments, reminders, and scheduling.
  • Help maintain executive daily planning, including meal scheduling during demanding workdays.
  • Ensure important deadlines and commitments are never overlooked.
Strategic Growth

Requirements

QualificationsRequired
  • Must reside in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and business software.
Preferred


  • ย Education: Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or current enrollment in Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.ย 
  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives, business owners, or senior leadership.
  • Background in construction, facilities services, field services, skilled trades, or professional services is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating projects, improving business processes, or supporting executive operations.


Work Schedule
  • Part-time hourly position.
  • Opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership-support role based on performance.
  • Flexible work schedule based on President's and business needs.
  • Occasional evening or weekend availability when business priorities require.
  • Occasional on-call support for urgent executive matters.
  • Ability to travel with the owners on an as-needed basis for meetings, conferences, or business initiatives.
  • Comfortable working from the corporate office as well as the owners' home office when business needs require.
