The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership during an important period of organizational evolution. The CEO is responsible for strengthening St. Jude's Ranch for Children's financial position, enhancing fundraising and grant revenue, and optimizing program operations, including the full activation of all facilities, to support long term sustainability. This role requires a decisive, mission driven leader with strong financial acumen and experience navigating complex nonprofit funding environments, government contracts, and multi site program operations.
