Job description

We are searching for an Operations Associate to provide onsite customer service for an immersive experience on the Las Vegas Strip. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Greet and welcome guests, including VIPs and large groups
  • Explain exhibits, offerings, and ticketing processes to customers
  • Verify tickets, manage entry, and ensure eligibility for discounts
  • Maintain smooth front-desk and reception operations
  • Monitor exhibition areas to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness
  • Perform crowd control and ensure guest safety throughout the venue
  • Support retail (shop) operations including sales, inventory, and cash handling
  • Assist with food and beverage service at the tea bar
  • Respond to issues, emergencies, and guest inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
  • Ability to handle high-volume environments and crowd control
