Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Good knowledge about Laptop/Desktop device management and troubleshooting for operating System
Troubleshooting Audio/Video devices in meeting rooms
Management and troubleshooting for conference room devices
Good to have knowledge about ServiceNow
Should have basic knowledge of Network
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 35 years of experience providing onsite and deskside support to end users.
Build, configure, and troubleshoot installation images, applications, and hardware components on customer PCs and laptops.
Provide support for meeting room setups and video conferencing systems.
Troubleshoot and support printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
Support mobile devices including iPads, iPhones, and Android phones.
Perform end user data backup and restoration as required during service incidents.
Offer smart hands support for data center equipment.
Replace defective data center components (e.g., swapping modules, reconnecting patch cables) as instructed by OEM Tech Support.
Demonstrate experience working with ITSM ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow (SNOW).
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and both current and legacy hardware platforms, including experience in building, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting PC/laptop components.
Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM/Intune.
Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language are mandatory.
Salary Range $ 60,000-$ 70,000 years
